Not giving any information on your system/setup means that you are running on unsupported setup and are not allowed to receive support. Also 'googling' for results when you aren't expert and don't know what you're looking for is as good as asking your mom.

If server crashes on mapchange then problem is not metamod. Only place where metamod-p could possibly crash server is right at startup before loading first map. So check your plugins.
