Yes, I know but I wish to download files like before to not add "appmanifest" files.
Is few months since this issue persist and nothing has been done.
Just I sent mail to Valve and no answer from them?I understand and steam is full with that issue and no interest.

Which is new in this update at 7 July?
Just that problem in chat with "%c%c%c%c%c%c%s/%s0/%" what was crashing servers?
