Attached is a dump of TF2 particles as of the most recent update (first level strings are filenames, indented values are particle names).

Here's the Python script I wrote in case you wanted to dump it yourself, as well as the script to extract the particles from the VPK.

For non-OB games, make changes to the script according to the PCF documentation.
