to have a 33 slots tf2 server the easiest way right now is starting the server with tv_enable 1 in the command line and having tv_enable 0 in server.cfg: this will add the 33rd slot for tv, and then kick it when the 1st map is loaded
i don't think this extension works after all these updates

Thank you for responding. My game server is hosted by a game server company. I can access the server.cfg, but not the command line. Can I put tv_enable 1 in the server.cfg to get 33 slots?
