Nice plugin, here is my suggestion.

For mode two you should make it so the admin can change the whole color in general. like r, b g. Instead of just green.

like this:
amx_wpglow_mode "2" "0" "250" "15"

2 - The Mode

0 - Red Color

250 - Blue Color

15 - Green Color
