I was just going to post "I've used admin_overrides and now all users can use it" but you were faster! thanks still for your help.
I'm seeing a little bug however using that command, if users select "Reasons" they can't close the menu, the option "Exit" is just not there, so to close the menu they need to open up another menu (like store or whatever) I wonder if this was intented or it's a bug? could it be fixed?
