I've been having both of these problems.
Firstly i kept losing all of my admins on map changes then i re added them again using the web panel and its been alright after that.
And for the connecting one...
My server is connecting to my website because...
All bans are uploaded to sourcebans, I can ban using the web panel and all of my admins are loaded ect and if i add a new admin/ban it says
"rehashing admin on all servers...server ip:port (successful) "
Or "searching for player on servers ip:port" player found/not found"
However if i try to view the server i see "error connecting ip:port" and N/A for everything else...
