SM:SIMPLE WHISTLE

Terrorists can press their USE key to play an ambient whistle sound every few seconds,
time can be changed at the top of the plugin source!(will add cvar in the next update).
NOTE: This plugin isn't particularly new, just something I wanted to release to the public!
