I contacted the author of the plugin in question he said that it would be some connection error of the extension SteamWorks with the site of Steam.

It just means the SteamWorks extension failed to connect to the Steam website for some reason.
What can I do to fix this? My servers are hosted by a host, would I have to request some release for them?
