I was curious to see how this is done using TF2IDB so I tried using this today, but no luck. I didn't receive the warpaint skin. No error in error log.

I type: !setskin 16102
plugin replies: successfully applied skin. touch locker.
I touch locker. Nothing happens. I change class, nothing happens.

Is there a reason to use item definition indexes of the paint (5 digit number) instead of the paintkit index (3 digit number)? Regardless which system you use, can you add a reply to command for the user that includes the valid acceptable ranges of the warpaints?
