VIP Plugin + Expired System

Installation:- Place c_vip.amxx to addons/amxmodx/plugins directory
- In plugins.ini create a new line: 'c_vip.amxx' (without quotes)
- Place c_vip.ini to addons/amxmodx/configs/ directory
VIP Flags
Code:
[a = +$3000 /round | b = VIP in Scores Table | c = +15 HP, AP /Kill & +30 HP, AP /Headshot]
In c_vip.ini create a new line with user's info:

"nick" "password" "flags" "expired"
Expired System
In c_vips.ini/"expired" section you must type expired days or if you want never expired type: 'Permanent'
Examples:
(Expired for 30 days)
