I don't want to be rude, tuty, but your plugin is not well coded. We can see you have copy-paste from others plugins.
Just some suggestions because did look fastly,
* Since you're using fakemeta I don't get why you're still using engine...
* Don't use FM_StartFrame but FM_CmdStart. But it would be better to use the deagle event ( see VEN's tuto ) or Ham_PrimaryAttack, so it will called only when you fire and not a lot of times per seconds.
* If your return something in a fakemeta forward, use FMRES_*.
* You can cache
engfunc(EngFunc_AllocString, "info_target")
* For explosion/smoke/cylinder/splash, use MSG_PVS ; no need to show something to players who don't look at this origin.
* Severals others things...
Really I don't understand why you 'release' a plugin although you don't know how to code properly. At least, you should wait until you understand what you're doing.
