There exists features on the beam entity that can't be reproduced on a simple tempentity message (ex. the BEAM_FSINE flag on a beam), you can fade-out them, also make a permanent beam for evading the call of multiple sending of server messages, but beside that, I don't know if the code it's correct, it's partially the same code as provided on the HLSDK, don't know who can check it, fix it, and compile it
