to change the chat massages change this file:
addons/sourcemod/translations/thc_rpg/chat.phrases.txt

to change the rpg menu change this file:
addons/sourcemod/translations/thc_rpg/menu.phrases.txt

to change the upgrade names change this file:
addons/sourcemod/translations/thc_rpg/upgrades.phrases.txt
Its realy simple.
