I've been using this Plugin for Ages without any major problems, but with a recent amxx-version (AMX Mod X 1.8.3-dev+5120) its buggy.
Its configured to allow one AWP in the Loser-Team but it happens quite often that two AWPs are userable.
I recompiled the *.sma but it behaves the same.
