I see 3 problems with the way to setup your CS 1.6.

1. AMXX does not need the VexdUM_mm.dll module.

2. I suggest that you get the updated amxx_mm.dll from the pinned thread for Fix Listen Server.

3. The Warcraft 3 Expansion plugin u have listed inside of your plugins.ini is duplicated with 2 different versions. The war3x-amxx-vault.amx is the not MYSQL version. In the readme.txt it states to re-name this to war3x.amx. Same goes for the war3x-amxx-mysql.amx.

4. You should make sure that in your modules.ini that you have engine.dll, cstrike.dll and fun.dll enabled and you will get rid of the set_msg_block error with the plugin.
