Back in the days, HLstatsX:CE was taking your clan tags from your player name (and not the Steam Group clantag from CS:S/CS:GO).

So unless something has changed within the version of HLstatsX:CE that you are using, you might still need to set your player name to something like "[WbOF]LuZiFeR" to trigger the clantag of HLstatsX:CE.
