yeah the host most likely doesn't have those ports open to those servers... you can contact them and see or you can see if they are open yourself using the test page.

edit the php file for your game server IP# and port.. maybe rcon pass if you wish to test that too and upload that to the directory of your sourcebans installation on that webhost then link to it like
