I have the same problem like you. I tried many of version sourcemod, metamod and cssdm too.
Problem was still with cssdm. I tried
- cssdm-2.1.6-git252-linux
- cssdm-2.1.6-git253-linux
- cssdm-2.1.6-git254-linux
