that profviewer provided in the link @11530, gives error when opening the xml file.
just did a test using the settings provided from the link to see, and it says use "profviewer" to view the smx files.

great, not working for me atleast. (veryvery very sure i got net framework 2.0 aswell and 4.5 and 4.0 and 3.5 and 3.0 and yeah

notepad is ur friend
