We fixed it yay! Turns out it was the 1.5.0 version of SourceBans was not playing nicely with Ban Disconnected Players.

That, and we were using 1.4.11 on the site-side, but 1.5.0 on the server-side so that may have also not helped.

Upon downgrading the server plugin to 1.4.11, everything works as it should! So remember children, make sure your plugin and site versions match or else bad things could happen!
