You've missed the main idea. Anti-Rejoin simply blocks player respawn if he died, reconnected and tried to play in the same round again. For Anti-Rejoin if player wasn't killed then he won't be punished (may spawn again). Anti-Reconnect simply bans player for some time after disconnecting without adding him into ban list and with printing explanation message if he will try to connect during the ban.
