gamedll\metamod.dll is an invalid path, dont even bother adding that to liblist.gam, its not going to load anything.
My suggestion would be to head to sturmbots for support, because it looks like AMXx is loading properly with metamod. It's the bot package that is throwing everything off.
If worse comes to worse, step back a version of AMXx and see what that does. The link to the old installer versions is here:
