is there a way to block the actual words?, i mean for example if i block the following word

fos, and someone says fosforo it will block the word

ince, and someone says incendio it will block the entire word even when the word incendio isnt blocked or banned but the first letters or part of the letters of this word no matter if it is starting or ending or even in the middle of the word it will get blocked anyways
