So you mean if someone is hacking with an aimbot, and you give them this, you think it might not work?

I could do a bit of searching and see what it does...I don't think it would though. Depends on exactly how it throws off your aim...I've seen hacks where your turned around, and the bullets move and go straight for the head. =\
