If you use
Incapped Pills Pop with this plugin, then this cvar l4d_heartbeat_screen "2" l4d_heartbeat_sound "2" l4d_heartbeat_vocalize "2" is ignored (if you get up using, for example pills) and a black and white screen appears after the first incapped or there is none at all.
