I,m just a gamer and i have an idea from crossfire
cause i,m gamer not developer i can't make the plugin
all about this plugin is when someone kill you
you see in scoreboard near his name "killer"
and when you kill him you hear sound "Revenge" or spr will apper with word "Revenge" it's simple

Oh i forget i,m a photoshop designer so don't worry about spr file
