Great plug-in and idea, but please make a note on the 1st post that this is only for Casual mode.
Requirement: GameType should be Casual

At the moment Competitive mode doesn't allow the Zeus.

Maybe new comers wont know this, just a suggestion... ;)

Edit: maybe plug-in SetFailState for gametype?
