This was pretty popular on surf servers in 1.6, but I've only seen this on 1 server for source.
It was a plugin that allowed spectators to seewhat keys the guy he is spectating pressed. And, using a chatcmd, alive players are also able to see their own keys. (For videos)
I searched for it, but didn't find anything. If this is already made for source (and I hope it is), please don't flame about "use the search", because I did. Instead, please point me nicely to the correct thread
