It might be a bug in SourceBans++ then, because http://159.224.163.245/index.php?p=submit does show the hostname in the Server dropdown.

I would create an issue on https://github.com/sbpp/sourcebans-pp/issues. Make sure to write that sb_debug_connection.php works.
