well i dont know whats wrong i think its my liblist so here it is

i got the 1.17 metamod straight from the downloads
and everytime i try to start a server this pops up

Host_Error: Couldnt get DLL API from .\cstrike\addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll!

i really need help and this is the D:\Steam\SteamApps\My@E-mail\Dedicated Server\Cstrike

i noticed that people have their first letters uppercased like Cstrike mine is cstrike does this make any difference?
