1. Vip core is public to everyone but I'm not sure about rest of the plugins some do have public github pages but not all. Did1 u ask permission to the authors to republish here? I Think they are only meant for personal use? I might be wrong about publishing other people work but still I think u should respect that they were uploaded on closed forum only for forum members to use them.

2. if you upload stuff you add full installation guide and explain stuff about the plugin in detail as well.

3. why u are mentioning stuff about illegal cracked versions of css. Alliedmodders doesn't support cracked versions here.
