the latest Steam Update includes now finally includes the variable "setinfo".

Wouldn't it be possible to somehow use this for authentication reserved slot gamers like adminmod for HL1 does? This way the problem with player connecting and being kicked by Xaphan because they don't have access to the reserved slot could be eliminated.

With setinfo they could be identified as such before joining the server.
