problem with 2.47, 2.40 works fine:

a few seconds before mapchange, all admins will be kicked (maybe non admins too, not sure)
if you need something from me that could help you, i do

runs at: root linux (debian etch)
using: amxx 1.76d, metamod 1.19p31
