YES this so unclear this mod have alot of problems this i cant add new powers from the internet and i cant change powers i cant edit nothing if i edit power and i know how edit plugins its like the plugin not exicst its just desapire from the menu please you the only guy help me here no body help me even i try send message to Emp he saw the message no answer i dont want give up about this mod
