New Version released with several bug-fixes :

- Fixed bug with loosing teamrestriction not works like expected.
- Completly reworked that issue. The cvars gmp_restrictteam_names and gmp_restrictteam_count are now obsolete!!!!
- Use the following CVars for Team-Restrictions :
