So, the only way to access this VIP plugin suite is to pay a registration fee directly to the HLMod RU website?

There are a couple awesome plugins hidden behind that site. I would gladly pay someone directly using Paypal for stuff like this but having to pay a registration fee to some Russian website is ridiculous. Why limit your potential sales and plugin use by doing this?
