greyed out you say? hmm then you are probably using another version of the plugin that has vip usage restriction feature in it?
in the original version, theres no greying out, you simply do not see the menu option if it is disabled, and its not greyed out if it is enabled. at least thats what i remember (been too long since i wrote those parts)
