PS: Probabily via Skype is the best way to show since i can share my screen, change the stuff and u try to enter on the server.

I tested with just MM:S, SM and CS:SDM. Did you happen to have other plugins loaded if so can you paste the output of sm plugins list, meta list, sm exts list
