Not sure if you still manage this plugin but I have a suggestion that I presonally think would be way better.

-make a cvar that sets the amount of seconds untill a player is afk @ spawn with bomb
-Than strip the bomb of the person that is AFK
-Than give a bomb to a random people in the team

Cause most of the time it gives the message the the person is afk and that he dropped the bomb even when the person isni't really afk
