Current functions:
• Regeneration of HP (rate 1 HP every 1.5 second)
• Start gasping when below 30 in HP
What to write:
• say "/regenme" ~ "Makes user regenerate"
• (admin) say "/playsound" ~ "Plays a Sound" !BETA!
• amx_regen < 0 / 1 > ~ "Regeneration on / off"
• amx_maxhp < fx: 100 > ~ "Maximum HP"
• amx_srate < fx: 2.0 > ~ "What rate?" ~ Beta
Current to do-list:
• Can't change rate for players ingame (yet)
• The gasping is bugged (has to do with amx_regen)
