Hi there,
Original Post Updated. Replace your original advanced_bans.php with the one in the attachment and all SteamIDs will be publicly visible.
Keep in mind that the file is just an edit to the default one that you primarily downloaded. Replacing it with the attachment will reset your edits made(if any), for example, Server name, SQL, Colors, etc.
