Using 1.5.3 fork

Banned 2 people permanently. One from webpanel, one from console.

I can unban/delete the webpanel one, but not the ban from console.

I went to the system log and saw the ban from the console/ingame did not register for some reason, even though it blocked the player (according to Blocked list). It did ban them.

So what happened here? P.S. They both ahve same ip address
