TF2 has a "taunt" command where the characters do a little dance and say something funny/insulting to the victim. It's somewhat amusing in itself, but even more so since you can't move or shoot for a few seconds while taunting. So if two groups are engaged in battle at close range generally the taunter also gets killed right away. This is definitely not a plugin you want on during a serious game - it's purely for entertainment.
