Dark, this is a great plugin which we have implemented, however, with the problems with SM vers 1.3 buggering up the thousands of servers currently running it, including ours, I need to report to you that autorespawn is not working at the moment with Sm 1.3 ... certainly not with us at least.
There is another thread dealing with this problem of plugins being affected -
http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthr...n+lock&page=25 .. and other servers have also reported that 1.3 has effectively cut in half the number of plugins that work currently - our is one of those also, alas.
I've temporarily solved the respawn issue by putting this in server.cfg (can also have in individual map cfg if preferred):

Will soon upgrade to SM 1.3.1 (and hopefully have your plugin working with that rather than the above temp workaround), but thought you might like to know about what 1.3 has done to the effective operation of this nice plugin.
