To Pause This plugin type in Console :

Note :Only admin with ADMIN_CVAR level and above can do this .
Plus + if u don't need this plugin , simply delete it OR disable it from plugins.ini :
++ if u want to disable it Only in a Specific map :

Create a plugins-MAPNAME.ini file and drop it in maps folder , the path should be like this:
addons\amxmodx\configs\maps\plugins-fy_snow.ini
then edit plugins-fy_snow.ini and write inside:
dansmenusu.amxx disabled
