This is what happen in-game (csgo), normal.
And what would happen when
CS_RespawnPlayer() player on player_death event.

Problem is when you going to respawn player on event player_death:
- Player is back
alive and game set player
m_lifeState something else than
0 or player
m_iHealth is set to
0, later.
There is small delay when this happen after event.
