Using 3.5. There was a CSGO update. It detected an update but took nearly 10 hours to update the server:

08/04/2016 09:16:51 AM | Update complete 08/04/2016 09:164 AM | Updating server 08/04/2016 09:161 AM | Started update process 08/04/2016 09:161 AM | Server stopped for updating 08/03/2016 11:464 PM | Detected update

Also on a previous update, it didnt actually update the server.
