Lol, now I saw something. You are wrongly using ML. If you want to display in player language, use player id instead of LANG_SERVER, so player can see the message in his own language.
Also your ML keys are too common, you can add a prefix or something to make them unique(so they don't get mixed with other plugin keys).

Please fix.
