I am using only an VIP PLUGIN but this dont modifiy users. Its only flag admin level H and not more. Maybe REHLDS cant handle it idk :/ Yes when players do have z Flags they should get BITR flags, and i added all Users who had flag Y (registered player user) to "bitr" too.
